The lecture "Memoirs of a Guerilla Geisha: Socially Engaged Art in an Age of Complicity" will feature artist Scott Tsuchitani, the San Francisco artist who used guerilla tactics in his art. Bothered by the sterotypical image used to advertise the museums's exhibit "Geisha: Beyond the Painted Smile," Tsuchitani created a spoof of the ad. The lecture will be at 3:45 in the Weigand Room. The Center of Performing Arts presents "Faculty Recital: A Spring Evening of Chamber Music," featuring Santa Clara faculty. The Vietnamese Student Association presents their 7th annual cultural show. "Diverging Scripts" is a tale of two friends separated by their differing social classes. Reuniting in America, there is a circumstance which separates them once again. The event will take place from 7:30 to 10 p.m. in Mayer Theater.
