Join us for comedy and tragedy as Opera Theatre presents two compelling operatic works by Gian Carlo Menotti. In "The Telephone," Ben is trying to ask Lucy-who spends most of her time on the telephone-to marry him. But every time he is about to pop the question, the phone rings. In Menotti's eerie opera "The Medium," a phony psychic tricks her clients into believing they are connecting with their loved ones. But when she feels a cold, icy hand touch her neck during one of her seances, the surprise encounter leads to tragic consequences. The show is in the Recital Hall and starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $12 for general admission, $10 for seniors (60+) and faculty/staff, and $5 for students.
