Stolen Property
5/5: A booted vehicle was falsely reported stolen from Sobrato lot. Investigation revealed that the owner removed the boot and the vehicle from the location. SCPD responded and interviewed the student.Ã The student was taken into custody for insurance fraud and other outstanding warrants.
5/5: Two wallets were reported missing from the Mayer Theatre make-up room. Ã Ã
5/5: A car stereo and a garage door opener were reported missing from a vehicle that was parked inside the Sobrato garage. Ã Ã

5/7: EMS bags were reportedly missing from the EMS cart that was parked on 705 Varsi Place. Ã Ã

5/8: A set of keys was found in the keyway of a vehicle trunk on Palm Dr. The vehicle owner was notified.

Student Behavior
5/5: A Graham 300 resident injured his knee while playing soccer on Bellomy field. CSS and SCU EMS responded.
5/5: A Sobrato Hall resident was reportedly smoking marijuana in his room. CSS responded and questioned the resident who admitted the violation. The marijuana was confiscated and destroyed. A bottle of vodka was also found in the room and was disposed of.
5/6: A Swig Hall resident was observed under the influence of alcohol and unconscious on her bed in her unlocked room with two other male students. SCU EMS responded. Ã Ã Ã
à 5/8: SCPD reported that two students were found in possession of a toy basketball goal near Kids on Campus playground. Investigation revealed it had been taken from 701 Varsi Place. They were asked to return theà item.
5/10: A Dunne Hall resident was reportedly harassing another resident.

5/7: A fire alarm in a Sobrato Hall resident's room was activated by burned popcorn. CSS and SCFD responded. Ã
5/7: A vehicle with outstanding parking tickets was impoundedà by SCPD from the west Franklin lot. The owner subsequently paid the citations at CSS and the vehicle was released. Ã
5/7: A non-affiliate male was observed carrying a case of beer to a resident's room in Swig Hall. He was approached by CSS staff and asked to leave the campus.
5/8: A vehicle with three males was reported driving through Santa Clara Mall. The occupants also vandalized a trash can at O'Connor Hall. CSS and SCPD responded but were unable to locate the suspect. Ã Ã
