Student Behavior10/22 - Two Campisi residents were found in possession of university signs and alcoholic beverages in their room.

10/17 - Two students were observed having a physical altercation outside of Graham 400 at approximately 2:45 a.m. Campus Safety responded and questioned both students. Both students declined to file charges against each other.

Theft10/18 - A laptop computer was reportedly taken from the sofa in the Graham 100 basement.

10/16 - A car stereo/CD player was reportedly taken from a car that was broken into while parked on Accolti Way.

10/15 - A wallet was reported taken from a victim's purse while she was asleep in the Orradre Library.

Medical Emergency10/22 - A San Filippo resident injured himself while dancing around in his room. Santa Clara EMS responded.

10/18 - A Graham 300 resident was reportedly ill due to excessive alcohol consumption, complicated by a diabetic condition. Santa Clara EMS, SCFD and paramedics responded. The resident was transported to O'Connor Hospital by paramedics.

Fire Alarm10/17 - The Swig fire alarm was accidently activated by a student who hit the smoke detector with a football.

Vandalism10/17 - Someone spray painted graffiti on the volleyball court and the sidewalk located by Dunne.

Assault10/19 - A female San Filippo resident was reportedly threatened by a male Unity resident in San Filippo. Campus Safety and SCPD responded.

Drug Abuse Violation10/17 - Two Graham 200 residents were reportedly smoking marijuana in their room. After a room search and questioning, several small bags of marijuana, a scale, alcoholic beverages and fake IDs were found. One of the residents admitted selling marijuana to other students. SCPD was contacted, responded and cited both residents for possession of marijuana.

Suspicious Person10/15 - A staff member reported that someone, who was later identified as a student, was found sleeping in the basement of Orradre Library for the night.

10/15 - A non-affiliate male was found attempting to remove recyclable materials from the dumpster by Walsh. He was given a trespass warning.
