Lost Property

1/12: A computer hardware key component was reported missing from an Alumni Science office.

1/12: An Access card was reported missing and was suspended per owner's request.

1/14: A ring was reported missing at the Pat Malley Center weight room.

1/15: An Access card was reported missing and was suspended per owner's request.

1/16: An Access card was reported missing and was suspended per owner's request.

Found Property

1/14: A wallet was found in Bannan Hall. The owner was notified.

1/16: A purse was found in a Bannan Hall classroom. The owner was notified.

Student Behavior

1/13: Several students were reportedly shooting a pellet gun in a resident's room in Sanfilippo Hall and activated the fire alarm sprinkler system. CSS, SCU Environmental Officer, HRL Staff and SCFD responded and a massive cleanup was undertaken. The pellet gun was confiscated.

1/14: The Heafey Law Library fire alarm was activated at approximately 10:39 a.m. for some unknown reason. CSS and SCFD responded.

1/15: Two students were observed consuming alcoholic beverages in the lobby of Benson Center at approximately 12:45 a.m. They were informed of the University alcohol policy, and the alcoholic beverages were confiscated and disposed of.

1/15: CSS assisted a Housing staff member in investigating a smell of marijuana in a resident's room. The resident admitted to possessing and using marijuana.

1/18: Four Campisi residents were reportedly smoking marijuana in a resident's room at approximately 9:53 p.m. CSS responded to investigate and questioned the residents who denied such activity. No marijuana substance was found in the room, but three bottles of beer and a fake CA driver's license were found. The alcoholic beverages were disposed of and the fake ID was confiscated.

1/19: Two male students were reportedly taken into custody by SCPD for being drunk in public on Lafayette St. at approximately 3:00 a.m. CSS was notified and responded to identify the students.

Medical Emergency

1/13: A student injured his ankle while playing basketball in Pat Malley Center. CSS and SCU EMS responded.

1/13: A Casa Italiana resident was reportedly ill in his room. CSS and SCU EMS responded. The resident was transported to O'Connor Hospital by a friend.

1/14: A Sanfilippo resident injured his ankle while playing basketball at Pat Malley Center. CSS and SCU EMS responded.

1/15: A Swig Hall resident was reportedly feeling ill and light-headed. CSS responded and escorted her to Cowell Health Center.

1/15: A staff member was feeling ill while working in Dunne Hall. SCU, SCFD and paramedics responded. Victim was transported to O'Connor Hospital by paramedics.

1/17: A McLaughlin Hall resident was reportedly ill due to excessive alcohol consumption. CSS and SCU EMS responded.

1/18: A student requested medical assistance for her injured leg while at Heafey Library. CSS and SCU EMS responded.

1/19: A Graham Hall resident sprained her ankle and needed medical assistance. CSS and SCU EMS responded.

Vandalism

1/14: A beverage bar in the basement of 644 Franklin St. was found vandalized.

1/14: Graffiti was found written on the exterior electrical box in the Franklin lot.

1/14: Graffiti was found written on the west wall of the University Finance Office.

1/15: Graffiti was found written on the west wall of Nobili Hall

1/15: An unidentified male reportedly vandalized the sidewalk floodlight in front of the Mission Church.

1/17: A vehicle was reportedly found vandalized with spray paint, while parked in the Dunne lot

1/19: Graffiti was found written on the exterior wall of the garage at 1041 Sherman St.

Theft

1/15: A vehicle was reportedly broken into and its stereo was stolen while parked in the Franklin lot.

Informational Report

1/16: The window of the ROTC storage room was reportedly broken by a baseball.
