Campus safety report

Informational report

2/12: A Nobili Hall resident reported losing her cell phone while at the Bronco in Benson Center. The person who found her phone contacted her, demanding a reward if she wanted her phone returned. Campus Safety is investigating the incident.

2/17: A non affiliate was given a trespass warning for taking unauthorized photos of the Mission Church without a permit.

2/19: Two Bon Appetit golf carts were reported missing. A security camera showed that one of the carts was driven by two unidentified males and was left at Schott Stadium. The other cart could not be found. SCPD was notified.

Found property

2/14: A driver's license was found and turned in to the Campus Safety office. The owner was notified.

2/15: An iPod was found and turned in to the Campus Safety office.

2/16: A US passport was found in de Saisset Museum and was turned in to the CSS office.

Medical emergency

2/15: A Campisi Hall resident injured her finger while playing intramural basketball. CSS and SCU EMS responded.

2/16: A staff member slipped and fell on the sidewalk in front of Adobe Lodge. CSS responded. She refused medical attention.

2/16: A Casa Italiana resident injured his chin while ice skating off campus and requested medical assistance when he returned. CSS and SCU EMS responded. The resident was transported to Kaiser Hospital by a friend.

2/17: A visitor fell ill while visiting Mayer Theatre. CSS responded, but the victim refused any medical assistance.

2/18: A Campisi Hall resident reported having a shortness of breath due to an anxiety attack. CSS and SCU EMS responded.

Alcohol

2/15: A Sanfilippo Hall resident was reportedly ill due to excessive alcohol consumption at an off-campus party. CSS and SCU EMS responded. She was left in her room in the care of her roommate.

Drugs

2/17: Campus Safety assisted Housing staff in the investigation of an odor of marijuana coming from a Swig Hall resident's room. No marijuana was found, the room was filthy and smelled of vomit.

Theft

2/17: A wallet was reported stolen from a Swig Hall resident's unlocked room.

Student behavior

2/18: A non-resident student was reported to be threatening to harm himself. SCPD responded and advised CSS. SCPD transported the student to Valley Medical Center for evaluation.
