eBay to the rescue

For those who are not content to merely watch the big game at home, the must have items for Super Bowl weekend are tickets. A true, die-hard football fan would be more than willing to pay at least $1,700 for a pair of tickets on eBay.

Tickets for the game are still readily available for anyone willing to shoulder the hefty cost. eBay still lists over 100 pairs of tickets. Several airlines are currently offering special Super Bowl deals for flights to Houston. Better yet, organize a road trip and make the 15 hour drive. Hotels have been booked for months, but a few nights of sleep in a car would be well worth it for the chance to see Super Bowl XXXVIII.

Seats are available in a variety of sections; everything from the last row to the first. Nosebleed tickets are okay for the people who are content to just say that they were there, but for the football fan with higher standards, front row tickets are still available on eBay for a minimum bid of $3,500. The seller promises an end to "having your view of the exciting touchdown plays obscured by standing, cheering fans."

Super Bowl XXXVIII only happens once and it would be an exciting way to spend that $1,700 of disposable income sitting in your bank account.
