Fighting 'Dirty': Street-style

It is easy to get in shape, change your eating habits, get more sleep, and just take better care of the body in general. What is not so easy is defending that well functioning body against some punk who wants money and a heap of trouble. That is where the "Dirty Street Fighting-Self Defense System" comes in. This five volume set of DVDs will turn anyone into a lethal combat machine, ready to defend against attackers of any size.

The series was created by No Holds Barred Fighting legend Adam "Pit Bull" Hutchins. Hutchins has won multiple NHB Fighting crowns and is well respected by his street fighting peers. According to the publisher's comments, the series "is the most complete and respected system for dealing with the reality of street combat."

In volume one, "Engaging the Enemy, Fundamental Techniques," "Pit Bull" teaches the basics: stance, balance, and a variety of ways to injure an attacker's groin. The description says, "you will learn a series of rapid-fire kicking and punching combinations that will send your attacker to the ground in a world of PAIN!"

People who do not take the time to learn the basics of street fighting are pretty much asking to be assaulted. The price of the DVDs is fairly steep, but can anyone really put a price on safety? Do not wait for an attacker to give you a reason to learn street fighting techniques.
