Need shorter grass
I am a frequent participant in croquet matches on campus, an afternoon pastime often shared between circles of gentlemen in the Mission Gardens area. It has come to my attention that this campus is not croquet-friendly. While at first I assumed that the earth was simply rugged and littered with bumps beneath the grass, it took some further investigation to discover that the grass was simply too long.
With this in mind, I would like to warn fellow students to be aware of this while playing leisurely lawn games. Finally, I have a rather small favor to ask of the university -- send a nod to us croquet hobbyists by cutting an extra short area of the lawn, along the lines of a putting green. You scratch our back, we'll scratch yours.
