INFORMATIONAL REPORT

11/05: A vehicle reportedly hit a parked vehicle while exiting the Dunne parking lot.

11/05: The front windshield of a vehicle was reportedly damaged by a baseball while parked in the Cowell lot.

11/07: A staff member reported receiving a harassing phone call from a non-affiliated male suspect.

11/07: A male student was observed joyriding in a Bon Appetit-owned electric vehicle and was detained by SCPD off-campus. CSS responded. Bon Appetit declined to press charges against the student.

11/10: Two non-affiliated males were found soliciting on the third floor of Sobrato Hall at approximately 7:09 p.m. CSS and SCPD responded. Both were given trespass warnings and asked to leave campus.

11/11: CSS received a complaint of loud music coming from a party taking place on Market Street at approximately 2:25 a.m. CSS and SCPD responded and questioned several students.

MEDICAL EMERGENCY/ALCOHOL

11/08: Two Swig Hall residents were reportedly ill due to excessive alcohol consumption. CSS and SCU EMS responded.

STUDENT BEHAVIOR

11/06: CSS responded to San Filippo Hall to assist a Housing staff member in investigating the smell of marijuana in a resident's room. Two residents were found intoxicated and admitted only to drinking alcohol. No marijuana was found.

11/08: A student reportedly pushed another student in front of a moving CSS electric vehicle. The vehicle was able to avoid the student, preventing an injury.

11/08: A student was reportedly causing a disturbance at the Benson cafeteria. CSS and SCPD responded.

11/08: An unknown person discharged a fire extinguisher in a hallway floor of San Filippo, causing the smoke detector to activate.

11/08: An unknown person falsely activated the fire alarm pull station in Pat Malley Fitness Center. CSS and SCFD responded.

11/09: CSS staff observed a student smoking marijuana on the steps of Unity Hall at approximately 2:46 a.m. The marijuana was confiscated and destroyed.

TRESPASSING

11/06: Two non-affiliated people who were previously given a trespass warning were reportedly in the Orradre Library reference room. CSS responded and escorted them out of the building.

FOUND PROPERTY

11/05: A set of keys attached to a wallet and an Access card were found in an office door at Heafey Law Library. The owner was notified.

11/06: A purse was found and turned in to the CSS office. The owner was notified.

11/07: An Access card was found and turned in to the CSS office. The owner was notified.

11/10: A lady's hand bag was found in the bushes by the main entrance. The owner was notified.

LOST PROPERTY

11/09: An Access card was reported missing and was suspended per the owner's request.

THEFT

11/07: A vehicle parked in the Casa Italiana lot was reportedly broken into and its stereo was stolen.

11/07: A wall-mounted telephone was reportedly missing from the Mission Bakery at the Benson Center.

11/08: Miscellaneous personal items were reportedly missing from an unsecured locker in Pat Malley Fitness Center.

11/08: A sign was reportedly missing from the front of the Mission Church.
